One of the main things that feeds our mental mess is perfectionism . We think we have to be perfect in order to be happy and successful . But that's not true ! Let go of perfectionism and give yourself some grace .
8. Practice self-compassion.
A big part of dealing with our mental mess is being kinder to ourselves . We need to practice self-compassion in order to quiet our mentalmess down . Be gentle with yourself and remind yourself that you're doing the best you can .
9. Seek professional help if necessary.
If your mental mess is really impacting your life in a negative way, seek professional help from a therapist or counselor . They can help you figure out things to deal with your thoughts and emotions in a healthy way .
